I have replaced the saddle with a brooks, the handlebars are bullhorns, I've swapped the pedals for bmx flats and I'm running a Vittoria 700x35c up front and a pink Soma Wearever 700x28c on back. I will be swapping the chain shortly with a Charge Masher half-link single speed chain (purple).
I am looking into good chain tensioners and will let you know if I find a good solution.
